Finding a quality hiring management software in the entertainment industry is very difficult. The client wanted to create a database of cast and crew members, where hiring producers can find talents and crew members easily. The client needed a solution that doesn’t need any middleman to hire talent and the member's profile should be designed in such a way to get attention and fit the needs of the producer or studio who needs to hire.

We analyzed the entire business model of the client and all their hiring processes to get a deeper understanding of how the entire system worked.
