Finding a quality hiring management software in the entertainment industry is very difficult. The client wanted to create a database of cast and crew members, where hiring producers can find talents and crew members easily. The client needed a solution that doesn’t need any middleman to hire talent and the member's profile should be designed in such a way to get attention and fit the needs of the producer or studio who needs to hire.

The entertainment industry is the most popular industry. It was a challenging opportunity for YapBuzz to build such a dynamic software. The client wanted easy hiring talent software with various job titles. We analyzed the entire business model of the client and all their hiring processes to get a deeper understanding of how the entire system worked. Based on our analysis we came to the following conclusions:

We are happy to say that all of the ambitious project objectives were achieved and the project was accomplished within the planned project time and budget. A fully functional version of the platform was implemented and launched to the client's satisfaction. The platform grew to thousands of users within a short period of time.
